Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.
Please note: we do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original packaging
- In a fully resaleable condition
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method. If the item shows signs of wear, we will return it to you without a refund.
To get the right size or style, simply place a new order at your convenience — we'll get it to you as fast as we can.
Please note the following exceptions:
Hygiene items — We do not accept returns on underwear, bras (sports bras are allowed to be returned), or any personal hygiene products. This policy exists to protect the health and safety of all our customers. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Custom or personalised items — These are non-refundable unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
Faulty or damaged items — If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence and we will resolve it promptly.
