Customs, Duties & Taxes

International: Duties and taxes are not included at checkout and may be charged upon delivery

Most international orders ship directly from our production facility. We do not cover customs duties or VAT on these shipments — charges will be billed by your local carrier upon arrival. You can check your country's thresholds here.


Order Changes & Address Updates

You can change or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we're unable to make any modifications.

Entered the wrong address? Contact us immediately at info@syne.club. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to sort it. Once dispatched, we're unable to update the address or issue a refund for misdelivery.

FAQ

Will I pay customs duties on my international order? Depends on where you are:

  • UK: Duties may apply
  • EU: Duties may apply
  • USA: Duties may apply
  • Canada: Duties may apply over CAD $22
  • All other countries: Local taxes may apply upon delivery

Can I pick up my order in person? Not at the moment — we're online only.

Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. After that, we're unable to make changes.

Can my delivery address be changed after dispatch? No — for security reasons, we can't redirect orders once they've left us.

Can you deliver to a PO Box? Unfortunately not. We're unable to ship to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.

Will I need to sign for my parcel? Some deliveries require a signature depending on the courier and your location. Your tracking link will let you know.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order has been dispatched. Keep an eye on your inbox — and your junk folder, just in case.
